This brown bag is the eighth program in a series of brown bags on the "fundamentals" of criminal antitrust cases and cartel practice. Hear experienced current and former prosecutors and criminal antitrust defense counsel give an overview regarding the challenging and unique issues with prosecuting and defending individual executives with criminal antitrust exposure. The panel will walk through the milestone events in the individual representation cycle, including the "drop-in" interview, "cooperation" with the government and corporate employer, arrest, resolution advocacy, constitutional matters and trial (and a few other "tricks of the trade.")
